Situated just south of Tucson, the Vail School District boasted a population of approximately 15,000 students and operated as a high school choice district, allowing middle schoolers the freedom to select their preferred high school.

To be honest, it wasn't the most user friendly system," she explained. "It didn't track students' data as far as the ability to export for what we needed it. Students' information to get in was hard to track and login information was hard to use."

"And so when we were told that we had the possibility of switching, all of the counselors were on board 100% with exploring what was out there," she emphasized. "So we explored two or three other platforms and then ended up choosing SchooLinks because it met all of our identified target goals."
